"A Gem"

My wife and I have been Hoffman Lexus customers since arriving in Hartford from Southern California in 1996. Over the years, I have learned that Alex is the "go-to guy" for Lexus service. He has consistently provided excellent advice before the fact and superb follow-through after the fact.
My RX400h refused to start this morning. I called Alex and within an hour or so, he orchestrated a spectacular fix. A Hoffman Lexus mechanic picked up my keys at the medical office, drove to my residence, opened the garage and repaired the vehicle by replacing the battery and checking all systems. I want you to know that Alex is a "gem" and a terrific example of all members of your service team.
